STEP 1
Assess your case to see whether you are eligible under the current rules:-

*March 2009 - All in house consultations for HSMP are free of charge and should the applicant wish to proceed with full HSMP representation then International Work Permits [HSMP] will take your case on a guaranteed 'no visa no fee' basis. Note: The HSMP scheme has been amended to the General Skilled Sub-category [tier 1 work permits].

STEP 2
Provide the supporting HSMP or Tier 1 documentation as advised by a legal consultant. The consultant will review the documentation to be sure he/she has the correct documentation in accordance with the latest Border and Immigration Agency [BIA] guidelines.

STEP 3
The consultant who supervises your application will lodge your case with the UK Home Office and will liaise with them should they require further clarification

STEP 4
On receipt of the approval, your consultant will get your passport endorsed with the HSMP visa . Either by submitting a Further Leave to Remain application [in the UK] or couriering the documentation in order for the client to apply for entry clearance at their country of origin.
