Au Pairs – giving young non EEA nationals from certain countries permission to reside in the UK as au pairs to an English speaking family, whilst learning English for a period of up to 2 years. You can not extend this type of work permit for longer than 2 years.

Business Visitors – enabling business men of non EEA countries to come to the UK to attend seminars or meetings for short periods of time.

Domestic Workers – giving permission for domestic workers of non EEA nationals residing in the UK residence in accordance with that of their employers.

Entertainers - enabling entertainers who are established in their country of origin permission to enter the UK to perform on a sponsored work permit

EC Association Agreements - giving nationals of Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey and Tunisia permission to enter/remain in the UK as self employed.

Fresh Talent working in Scotland
- a scheme which encourages qualified non-EEA graduates to continue to live and work in Scotland following completion of their course for up to two years. Soon to be changed to the new tiered work permit scheme

Innovator Scheme - giving non EEA nationals who meet the Home Office requirements for innovation permission to remain in the UK for up to 18 months

Investor - giving non EEA national investors with no less than £1 million under their control and disposal leave to enter/remain in the UK for a period of up to 12 months. Click here for more details

International Graduate Scheme - superceded by Post-study work – International students are now able to apply for a 2 year work permit on completion of a UK qualification (can be approved on a same day basis using our premium service). Sole Representatives – giving non EEA nationals who are senior employees of an overseas firm permission to enter the UK in order to establish and operate a registered branch or wholly owned subsidiary of the overseas firm.

Sports People – giving non EEA national established sportsmen and women leave to enter/remain in the UK to further pursue their sports career.  Click here for more information on sponsored work permits.

Relationship Visas – giving spouses / unmarried partners , marriage visas and fiance visas for non EU nationals. In some instances we can do this on a same day basis leaving all the hassle and uncertainty to us.

Students - giving non EEA nationals who wish to study at a bona fide educational institution in the UK leave to enter/remain.

UK Ancestry – giving Commonwealth citizens with grandparents born in the UK a residence permit to remain in the UK with freedom to work and enter and re-enter at will for four years. Click here for more info

Workers Registration - giving permits EEA nationals who wish to work in the UK for periods of longer than one month
