Once we have reviewed the potential work permit case, using the above methods, and we are satisfied that the application fulfills Home Office / Border Agency criteria then we can present the application for review:-

Stage One
Obtain a sponsorship licence if the organisation in question has yet to receive one / Obtain initial approval for the work permit from Work Permits UK and apply for the candidate's Further Leave to Remain or assist in obtaining Entry Clearance if applicable

Stage Two
Upon expiry of the work permit, IWP will assist the employer in the obtaining of extensions for permits or transfers if there is to be a change of employer.

Stage Three
Following the completion of the 5 years working in the UK, we will then assist the work permit holder to obtain full UK residency status and in due course UK citizenship .Depending on the number of employees the company wishes to employ, we can offer discounted fees - contact us to find out more

Stage Four
Complete an audit of the company and it's employee's to check that they are compliant with UK Border Agency requirements.
